Bridgette Motshidisi Mokoetle


Bridgette Mokoetle is an experienced Legal Practitioner, a Director, and the Founder of Bridgette Mokoetle Attorneys. Bridgette started her legal career in 2007 with a Johannesburg law firm, where she held the positions of Associate and Senior Associate. In 2012, Bridgette decided to diversify her expertise and went on to become an Executive Legal Advisor (Legal Counsel) for Fraser Alexander Bulk Mech, the Construction CETA, and The Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of Southern Africa.


Bridgette is experienced in Commercial, Civil, Corporate, Insolvency, Environmental, Labour Law, Estate Planning, Family Law, and General Litigation; including but not limited to attending to and assisting in regulatory and compliance matters, municipal by-law enforcement, company law, and corporate governance.

Bridgette’s expertise also includes policy drafting, employment equity compliance, discipline management, corporate law and governance advisory services.

Throughout her legal career, Bridgette has provided clients in the public, mining, construction, metals and engineering sectors with comprehensive legal services including, legal advice in various commercial, corporate, labour and general legal matters and litigation, including representing such clients in the various areas.

Bridgette is also experienced in attending to chairing various disciplinary hearings for clients, assisting clients in conducting investigations in respect of high profile individuals (senior, mid-level and lower management), which included, but was not limited to, the drafting of investigation reports, employment law advisory and litigation services risks) and representation in the private and statutory arbitrations.
